What’s It Costing You?

You’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Made the vision board. You’re trying—but that same roadblock keeps showing up. The conversation you keep avoiding. The decision you keep deferring. The clarity or courage you can’t seem to find on your own.

So here’s the question I often ask clients:
What is it costing you NOT to work with a coach?

Not just financially—but in energy, missed opportunities, stalled momentum, or that nagging sense that you’re meant for something more.

Years ago, I lived in Guatemala. One of my favorite Spanish phrases I learned is vale la pena. Word for word, it translates to “values the pain.” But its meaning is more familiar: It’s worth it.

That phrase has stayed with me because the truth is, change can be uncomfortable. So can self-reflection, accountability, and growth. But if you’re brave enough to face what’s holding you back, coaching helps you turn effort into forward motion.

You don’t have to do it alone.
You just have to decide: is it vale la pena?

Let’s find out together!
